BRT came to us in 2016 with a specific problem. They’d had a number of ‘PPC experts’ work on their account over a period of years but still, they were suffering from a cash burn rate that was unsustainable.

Our task was to reduce their spend which increasing conversions (if such a thing was possible) whilst maintaining the quality of leads and sales they were getting.

Well, we do like a challenge!

I have been working with Harvey from Aqueous Digital since July 2016 with regard to Google Ad Words campaign that BRT run.

Over the years I have used approximately 4 agencies but in all honesty without the success that Aqueous Digital has had. We have a very complex and large ad words campaign which has been ‘jiggled and played’ with over the years, so it was not an easy task getting to grips with it. However, whilst it has taken around 6 months for the work that Jonathan – the ad words specialist at Aqueous Head Office to start to work, the second six months has seen huge improvements in all aspects of the campaign.

For all those who use Ad-Words and know a little bit about it. We have lowered our spend, but increase our clicks and increased our sales. No one who has ever taken over our campaign previously has managed to do this, so I am pleased I met Harvey and we were able to agree a strategy that has been able to control the ad-words that quite honestly if not handled correctly can spiral out of control.
