As an international award-winning SEO agency, we are looking for an experienced telesales professional to support our ambitious growth strategy to help take our business to the next level.

Your main responsibility will be to identify and nurture new business opportunities, using a range of effective lead generation strategies. This will include telesales, email and LinkedIn focused networking, following up on marketing activity and relationship building.

You will be a strong communicator with at least 2 years’ experience in a business-to-business telesales or lead generation role.

This position is office-based, working three days a week from our Sutton Weaver headquarters in Runcorn, Cheshire.

Job summary

As the company’s primary lead generation specialist, you will support our sales and marketing teams by bringing in new business opportunities and co-ordinating sales appointments.

You will be the first point of contact with many of our prospective customers and therefore be responsible for representing our brand with professional standard communications, that directly reflect our culture and ethical approach to business. 

Job specification

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a B2B telesales or lead generation role

  • Strong communications skills are essential. You must be confident talking to senior business stakeholders in-person, over the telephone and via email and conference calls

  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategy is preferable for this role, but not essential as full training will be provided

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a social media platform and the ability to use it for networking, researching prospective customers and generating new business opportunities

  • Ability to use email and other forms of digital communication to build-up rapport with prospective customers and promote the Aqueous Digital brand

  • Support the marketing team and sales team with their lead generation, direct mail, email and advertising campaign delivery

  • Researching and compiling prospective customer data and targets lists

  • Responsible for meeting lead generation KPIs and agreed sales targets

  • Keeping Aqueous Digital CRM system (Zoho) up to date with customer and project information

  • Good IT skills with a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows

  • Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills

  • Able to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects

  • Able to work well in a team

Job type

Part-time (3 days per week)

Salary

Salary: £21,000 basic plus £6000 on target bonus (uncapped)

Our offices are situated just off the M56 in Sutton Weaver, Runcorn, Cheshire. (You must have the flexibility to work from our office and also occasionally from home when required).
