What is your role at Aqueous and what does that involve on a day-to-day basis?
I am part of the senior team, I work on content and strategy for customers at Aqueous. Between myself and Paula (Customer Relationship Manager), we onboard all customers to get a good picture of their business, so we can make sure our work is as accurate as possible, and achieve the desired results. From our onboarding, I put together 12 month strategies and also advise on changes to their website that will achieve higher conversion rates.
Tell us a about yourself?
I’m a driven individual, I’ve worked in a number of different sectors and different jobs over the years and have been bringing that past experience into my strategy work.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I’m a beginner leathercrafter and I also have some old cars which I like to work on.
Who inspires you and why?
I’m fond of Chris Harris, I enjoy the guy’s passion for what he does and I think he’s also a positive role model for being a bit geeky about stuff and not being ashamed of it.
What’s the best thing about working at Aqueous?
The variety of work and the ability to use my technical skills and creativity to help customers with their challenges.
Are there any interesting facts about you people might not be aware of?
I learned to play on a piano which once belonged to the King of Spain.
