Aqueous mark expansion with new Liverpool office and Business Development Manager

As part of our expansion Aqueous Digital are delighted to announce that we now have both a Liverpool office and a new recruit to represent us in Liverpool.

From 1st April 2018, Neil Lancaster has joined the Aqueous team and will be our man in the City. Neil brings over twenty eight years of sales and marketing experience and with his wealth of experience and contacts we are looking forward to continuing to grow our Liverpool customer base.

Neil joined Yellow Pages after seven years serving in the Royal Navy and then stayed with Yellow Pages (or as it became known, Yell) for over twenty years.

During his career, he was consistently recognised as a top-performing sales specialist and consultant and was at the forefront of the B2B digital advertising transformation onto web, digital and social.

Starting his own company in 2010 and building on his success with Yell, he excelled as a Sales and Marketing consultant with The Heath Business & Technical Park and developed the strategic approaches to achieve strong ROI from activities in office space and health solution product offerings.

Specialising in digital campaigns, he launched a new web platform and repositioned the business utilising SEO and PPC to strengthen engagement and conversion.

Invited to become a Sales & Marketing Trainer for Liverpool and Halton Chambers of Commerce, he assisted influencing the next generation of business leaders to revolutionise their approaches to sales and marketing activities, delivering well attended sales seminars at the International Festival for Business in 2014 and 2016 in Liverpool.

In 2012, Neil became the business manager for a worldwide safety culture consultancy. Investing in organisational change, he developed the brand across media and marketing channels and secured over 105 global businesses to the key priorities of their leadership and safety programmes; organisational and cultural shift to safety priorities.

Positioning the brand and offering across channels, he maximised exposure, optimised ROI from SEO, SEM and PPC and streamlined approaches to slash costs and drive commercial success, delivering over $3 million of revenue.

He has been recognised for his innovative approach as a speaker at HSE Events in 2017 at the London Excel and New Orleans HSE conferences as a primary speaker.

Neil is married, has 3 daughters. Liverpool supporter, Branch leader of Elvis Presley Fan Club (Liverpool), Chairman of Merseyrail Ladies Football Club. Loves real beer, fine wine and great food.
