What is your role at Aqueous and what does that involve on a day-to-day basis?
As the Strategic Technical Account Manager my daily role includes talking to customers about the current technical state of their websites, and doing more in depth website audits for customers where required drawing on my skills in web development.
Tell us a bit about yourself?
I am married with three children, I live on the Northeast Coast of England, My background is web development and software engineering in which I have over 20 years’ experience.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I enjoy walking with my wife, and spending time with my children, I am also a PC hardware enthusiast and love building and upgrading my own gaming rigs in my spare time.
Who inspires you and why?
I used to say Bill Gates, or Steve Jobs, but now it is my son Lincoln, he has Ataxic Cerebral Palsy which affects his motor skills so he spends a lot of his time in a wheelchair, but he never lets it get him down and wakes up every day with a huge smile.
What are you most looking forward to working at Aqueous?
Getting to meet new people all the time!
Are there any interesting facts about you that many people might not be aware of?
I started up a walking group for men’s mental health in my local area, and I am also the Local Santa every Christmas.
