E2E Integration Case Study

About E2E Integration

E2E Integration is a UK-based technology and data protection specialist providing  IT support, Microsoft 365 solutions, GDPR consultancy, and expert Subject Access Request (SAR) services.

Managing SAR requests is complex and can be time-consuming, which is why E2E offers a comprehensive service designed to lighten that load by identifying relevant information, reviewing documents, redacting third-party and confidential information, and preparing a final response.

The team at E2E provides a secure, compliant service designed to help organisations operating in a range of sectors meet tight response deadlines while reducing the pressure on in-house staff.

E2E approached Aqueous Digital for help increasing the visibility of this particular service with the aim of generating more qualified enquiries from potential customers across the UK.

The challenge

E2E operates B2B and, while the potential audience for SAR services is broad, it’s also specific.

Healthcare providers, educational institutions, public sector bodies, and charities can find themselves having to deal with significant volumes of information when responding to an SAR.

With that in mind, E2E wanted to be easier to find in online searches.

It already had a solid foundation to achieve this, including a modern website, well-structured service pages, and a clear B2B proposition. However, we noticed there was a real opportunity to turn its SAR offering into a strong, national lead-generation channel.

To achieve this would take more than simply increasing website traffic.

Instead, we wanted to attract relevant users with a genuine requirement for SAR support, converting enhanced search visibility into meaningful business enquiries.

The solution

Building topical authority around SARs

To establish E2E as an authority in SAR support and redaction, we developed a specially tailored SEO strategy.

To start, keyword research identified the terms used in search queries and questions asked by organisations looking for help with this specific task.

We also identified the limitations of a single service page.

To compensate, we incorporated topical clusters covering areas such as SAR support, redaction, and GDPR compliance. We also identified the practical challenges organisations face when confronted with large numbers of SARs.

The approach was designed to capture users at different stages of the search journey, from those seeking general guidance through to others at the point of seeking a specialist SAR service.

Incorporating answers to “how”, “can” and “should” style queries, content was tailored to compete for conversational search behaviour and AI-generated search results.

Creating a national search strategy

Another key part of the strategy was to expand E2E’s target market across the UK.

To do that, high-intent landing pages were developed to target organisations searching for SAR support in different parts of the country.

This has allowed E2E to develop a national presence without diluting its relevance to specific audiences like healthcare providers, schools and multi-academy trusts, local authorities, charities, and businesses.

Tied to this was extra visibility for related services, including GDPR consultancy and wider data production support

Strengthening E-E-A-T

SARs involve sensitive personal data and strict regulatory requirements, making trust particularly important.

The SEO strategy we developed incorporated strong E-E-A-T principles across the website.

These demonstrate key qualities that organisations were looking for in a SAR partner:

  • Experience
  • Expertise
  • Authoritativeness
  • Trustworthiness

This included expert-led content, relevant legal and regulatory reference, named consultants and supporting information that demonstrated E2E’s knowledge of data protection.

The content strategy we developed aimed to give prospective customers confidence that they were dealing with specialists who understood the regulatory and practical complexities of SARs.

Digital PR and authority building

Complimenting on-page SEO was a digital PR campaign to increase E2E’s authority and generate relevant backlinks.

It highlighted some of the common mistakes that organisations make when handling SARs, as well as the growing pressures associated with a high number of requests.

We managed to secure coverage across publications including Business Cheshire, Business Up North, and Yahoo Finance.

That meant E2E’s expertise was placed in front of a wider organisational audience, while supporting the wider SEO strategy through third-party coverage and authority-building links.

Results

The strategy has delivered a substantial increase in organic visibility and engagement during the period measured.

Between November 2025 and April 2026, E2E saw:

  • 302% increase in organic search sessions
  • 423% increase in users from organic search
  • 114% increase in clicks from Google Search
  • 171% increase in Google Search impressions
  • 40% increase in contact form submissions
  • 48% increase in average engagement time from organic traffic

Organic search sessions increased from 54 in November 2025 to 217 by April 2026.

At the same time, Search Console impressions grew from 6,890 to 18,700, demonstrating a significant expansion in E2E’s visibility for relevant searches.

Rather than being raw numbers, this growth has translated into genuine commercial opportunities for the business.

E2E has received high-quality enquiries for its SAR service from large organisations across sectors including healthcare, education, local government and business.

It has also reported a strong conversion rate from the enquiries generated, with approximately 30-40% of converting into business.

Additionally, there has been a significant increase in direct enquiries by phone and email for E2E’s services – demonstrating how increased online visibility is contributing to broader brand awareness and encouraging prospects to contact the business using multiple channels.

A search strategy built for sustainable growth

Traffic for its own sake rarely delivers the kind of targeted results needed to increase demand for specialist B2B services.

Instead, we focused on connecting E2E with organisations that have a genuine need for specialist SAR support.

The significant increase in organic traffic, search visibility, and enquiries demonstrates the value of combining technical SEO, content strategy, digital PR, and E-E-A-T to target a specialist B2B audience.

With E2E now establishing a stronger national presence as a leading provider of specialist SAR services, the foundations are in place for further growth.
